I purchased a gaming computer for my son and the staff here were very helpful Tony went out of his way to help and explain everything to me. I would highly recommend 👌 …
Went today to get a laptop stand, and while waiting for service as they were busy, I decided to look at getting some new headphones. Instead of being offered service about the headphones, I was instead treated like a criminal... I have a leather handbag, which can carried by hand or worn as a backpack, but a small one.
The team member insisted I leave it at the front door, which I explained I couldn't do that as it had my purse, keys and medication, perosnal stuff, etc in it. (It doesn't hold much more than that).
I said I was happy to open and show my bag upon leaving.
But the team member was rude/terse and said it had to be left at the door and went on about their security cameras, etc. I ended up walking away shocked, incredibly embarrassed and confused, and then sought service from another staff member who was very helpful and apologetic. Didn't end up buying the nearly $400 headphones out of complete annoyance.
Some of your team members need to relearn customer service!! Check your cameras today - you will see I did nothing wrong or out of the ordinary. Nor any of the other times I have purchased from your store for myself and for the business I work for. I will not be returning to the store...
The team here were extremely helpful with helping me design a new PC.
I chose to build this myself, but unfortunately i ran into a couple of parts issues.
Luckily Brain (hopefully i rememberd his name correctly) was more than willing to assist with the diagnostics and repairs of the PC and i couldnt be happier!
10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for PC parts, advice and repairs!
Tony was really helpful. He found the monitor we were looking for and helped out with the payment, we wanted to use some gift cards and He was assisting on our payments. Also at the end Tony helped with putting the the monitor in our car.
The staff were helpful in providing information to assist with our purchase.
Totally recommend this business.
Tony aka Troy (he looks like a handsome man named Troy kinda like highschool musical) was very helpful and funny. He even gave us a window discount voucher. 10/10 will love him
Arron provided exceptional computer science services. His expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. He effectively solved my technical issues and offered valuable insights. Efficient.
Thank you, Von for helping me install an extra storage disk in my laptop and also cleaning up my extremely dusty fans!
Great service and explained it all super clearly to me, will definitely come back for any future repairs or purchases.
A welcoming environment for everyone. It’s rare to find a tech place where the staff don’t have misogynistic undertones. There’s usually a condescending tone being used if you’re a female customer even if they don’t say anything directly sexist. The two experiences Ive had at this branch so far have been great though.
I went in today to grab a new monitor for my desktop. I went in with my partner as he’s more knowledgeable on specs. The guy who served us, Terance, did a great job of talking to us both. He confirmed with my partner the specs of the monitor options he was presenting were the right fit but was still talking to me about size, price, use, colour, e.c.t. I’ve had experiences at other places where you’ll be the one asking the questions and they’ll look at and give the answer to the guy who wasn’t even part of the conversation.
The first time I went in (which was by myself), Aaron helped me. I know a bit about computers but I’m more familiar with desktops, not laptops which is what i needed help fixing. He was able to explain the laptop specific things I didn’t know in a way that didn’t assume I was ignorant about computers as a whole.
I know its not a huge deal but it can be really frustrating to have to earn respect or prove your intelligence while the people around you are given it from the get go. It was just a lovely change of pace.
Had a tower built 3 years ago, fantastic no complaints, really amazing, went back into the store today to grab a couple of things and I must say, the customer service was quite disgraceful. Apart from the customer service being less than average, it's a great place to go to for custom builds and everything else. 👍 …
